Andreas Neef

Andreas Neef is managing partner of Z_punkt The Foresight Company, a leading Think Tank and consultancy for all aspects of corporate future research and innovation strategies. As a Foresight Researcher and Management Consultant with focus on ICT and the technology industries, Andreas Neef has many years experience in projections and the corporate development of future use contexts and business options. Currently, his top priority is the paradigm shift towards innovation concepts modelled on biology. He expects the realization of a “bionic society”. Andreas Neef studied informational science, philosophy, and business administration at the Free University in Berlin, where he also was a lecturer on ICT and emerging technologies. Since the early 1990s, Mr Neef has worked as expert future scientist and innovation adviser. At Z_punkt, he is in charge of strategic innovation and foresight projects for well-known corporations like Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, BASF, Volkswagen, Mazda, Dresdner Bank, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Wolters Kluwer and Zeis. He has also written a number of articles and books on business futures and innovation topics, the most recent are “Corporate Foresight – Companies Shaping the Future”, “Web 2.0-Report”, and “From the Personal Computer to the Personal Fabricator”.
