Individual Contribution

For the introductory statements, we will approach a few participants on an individual basis requesting them to prepare a brief vision or challenges speech from their perspective. In order to allow free discussion and unbiased development of thoughts, the extent of the topic areas will not be subjected to any restrictions; so please feel free to elaborate on your ideas, either in an intro-statement if so requested, in the group discussion, or individually during or after the event via interviews or our wiki (see below).

The format of the event does not require written presentations from the participants. If, however, you wish to show or demo material to the group during your airtime, please send us the content by May 18 at the latest.

Book Publication

As last year, the results of the think tank as well as individual contributions before, during, and after the event will be processed and summarized in a book. On this account, please be advised that we will videotape the discussions in order to compile the results.

During the event, you will also have the opportunity to use one of our interviewers or the event blog to capture your thoughts and additional input. Any publication is of course subject to your prior approval.

IRF Wiki

The IRF wiki is an endeavour to facilitate collaboration and allows you to capture your thoughts and material on the different topics, for example as an input for the IRF 2007 publication.

Here you'll also find some more background information on the topics discussed.

Conference Booklet

Please maintain your CV, contact data and picture for the event brochure in the respective area of the IRF wiki or send it to mailto:research.communications@sap.com no later than April 10.
